One of the required Webelos Adventures in the new Cub Scout program is Cast Iron Chef. For this adventure, the Webelos will learn how to build and extinguish a fire and cook outdoors.
They'll also learn about personal nutrition, planning, and budgeting for balanced meals and food preparation safety.
Webelos Adventure – Cast Iron Chef 2: Set personal nutritional goals. Keep a food journal for one week; review your journal to determine if the goals were met.
To help with this requirement, I put together a template that can be used for the Webelos' nutritional goals and their food journal. You can download it by filling out the form below.
I hope this makes it easy for your Webelos to set and meet their nutritional goals!
Yours in Scouting,
Sherry
