Cub Scout Wolf requirement 2D is to “Learn about the flag of your state or territory and how to display it.” Bear requirement 3E says, “Choose a state; it can be your favorite one or your home state. Name its state bird, tree, and flower. Describe its flag. Give the date it was admitted to the Union.”
I found a useful website for both requirements. Netstate has a wealth of information about each state including symbols and maps. This particular page has flags from all states. You can print a color flag or you can print one that the boys can color themselves. You’ll find all the information you need here for any state-related requirements.
